Marissa Squillace, MA, MHP-LP


Marissa Squillace received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England.

With the power of the therapeutic relationship, Marissa believes anyone can heal.  She works towards creating a space where clients can feel safe to share their stories and grow.   Marissa has experience working with individuals, and couples overcoming grief and loss, and healing from trauma, guiding them towards resilience and acceptance.  She recognizes the profound impact that meaningful relationships can have in transforming lives.

Marissa is certified in Level 1 Gottman Method and is actively pursuing further specialization through EMDR training, demonstrating her commitment to expanding her therapeutic skills. She employs a comprehensive approach by integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques into her practice. This combination of therapeutic modalities ensures a holistic and tailored approach to each client's unique needs, addressing the emotional, physical and psychological dimensions of their well-being.  Marissa is passionate about making therapy a meaningful experience through openness, acceptance, and humor.
