Sarah is a compassionate counselor dedicated to helping clients feel truly seen, supported, and understood. She believes that therapy should be a safe space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
Sarah works primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship or communication struggles, major life transitions, or challenges with self-esteem. She has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals as they find practical tools to manage the stressors of daily life while embracing their unique strengths.
Her style is collaborative and flexible—she tailors her approach to fit each client’s needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sarah helps clients learn how to regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier coping skills that foster resilience and long-term growth.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys birdwatching, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing by the ocean.
Above all, Sarah’s goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—and where you can begin to build the changes you want for your life.
