Samantha is a warm, compassionate, and person-centered therapist who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. She believes that therapy should feel collaborative and individualized, allowing clients to explore their experiences at their own pace while developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Samantha is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan University. She earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology, which provided her with a strong foundation for understanding both individual experiences and the broader social and relational factors that can influence mental health and well-being.

Samantha’s therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the individual needs of each client. She incorporates elements of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions when working with children. At the heart of her work is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful growth. She strives to create an environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and comfortable, where clients can feel safe being themselves while also working toward meaningful change.

Samantha enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, and other stressors. Her experience working across different age groups has strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are developmentally and emotionally. With younger clients, she values the use of creativity and play to help children express feelings that may be difficult to put into words. With adolescents and adults, she works collaboratively to explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, build self-understanding, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenging emotions and experiences.

Samantha approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. She recognizes that every client enters therapy with a different story, set of strengths, and vision for what they would like their life to look like. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works alongside clients to identify what feels most meaningful to them and to build upon the strengths they already possess.

Outside of the therapy room, Samantha values spending time with the people she loves, staying active, listening to music, and finding ways to bring balance, creativity, and connection into everyday life.
