Julia Rossello, Hybrid Intern Psychotherapist

Julia is a compassionate and dedicated counselor-in-training currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Touro University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communicative Disorders and Sciences from the University at Buffalo, SUNY in 2023.  

Julia is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and empowering them to achieve personal growth and mental well-being. She has a particular interest in concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based therapy, utilizing these approaches to help individuals manage their emotions, cope with stress, and build a foundation of emotional resilience. 

Whatever issue you may be facing, Julia will walk alongside you, offering unwavering support and a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. She is committed to understanding your unique experiences, helping you overcome challenges, and empowering you to embrace your strengths as you work toward a brighter and more fulfilling future. 

Julia was born in Long Island and currently lives with her family. Outside of her professional and academic aspirations, she enjoys traveling to new destinations, staying active at the gym, and exploring new restaurants with her family and friends.
