Liz believes counseling is a place for reflection and growth which can enhance overall well-being.

She specializes in grief counseling and is passionate about guiding people through grief to redefine life after loss. She uses an integrated approach to meet the needs of all her clients. Liz also has a background in using techniques from behaviorism for helping neurodivergent children navigate life and provides training and support to their families who raise them.

Her aim is to compassionately and respectfully build a rapport with her clients to optimize their outcomes. Liz offers a holistic and collaborative person-centered approach to assist clients through their personal challenges in a non-judgmental and nurturing atmosphere. One of Liz’s favorite concepts is resilience which means having the capacity to adapt and overcome, grow and thrive, bounce back, negotiate adversity, endure traumatic events and maintain healthy outcomes. Together Liz and her clients identify their strengths, which is a component of cultivating resiliency.
