Christine is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal growth. Her background in criminal justice gives her a unique perspective on trauma, rehabilitation, and the importance of empathy and advocacy in mental health work. As part of her clinical training, Christine works under the supervision of a licensed professional, bringing a thoughtful and compassionate approach to every session.

Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, Christine integrates evidence-based approaches into her practice, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Using CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and using DBT to support emotion regulation through the balance of self-acceptance and change.

With warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of compassion, Christine is committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths.
