Caroline Treacy, Hybrid Intern Psychotherapist

Caroline is a compassionate counselor-in-training pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New York Institute of Technology. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Towson University and has spent the past decade working as a nanny, supporting children from infancy through adolescence. 


With a passion for helping others, Caroline approaches each therapeutic relationship with respect and understanding. Her integrative approach blends person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. This allows her to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience. She believes in the power of collaboration and works closely with individuals to identify their goals and develop strategies for growth.
