Through her experiences in school and community settings, she has developed a strong passion for supporting young people and advocating for their well-being.
Bridgette is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She believes that building trust and a genuine therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process. As a counselor-in-training, she works under the supervision of a licensed clinician and approaches each client with warmth, empathy, and an open mind.
Bridgette is especially interested in working with adults navigating life transitions, self-discovery, and the challenges that come with entering new stages of life. She believes that everyone has the potential to grow and hopes to help clients gain greater self-awareness, find a sense of peace, and recognize their own strengths as they move forward.
Outside of counseling, Bridgette enjoys learning about cars, exploring haircare, and finding a good cup of coffee. She also values mindfulness and self-care as important parts of maintaining balance and well-being.
